The State is the result of a Transdisciplinary Research Strategy developed and used by the authors for 24 years. They have eliminated structural defects to change the behavior of the Meta-system of the State. The result, with this first edition published in 2018, constitutes the emergence of the Constructive Law for Sustainable Development of the state.

The Meta-system of the State is a highly organized informational structure of the state, providing its sustainable development.

The Meta-system of the State forms synchronism of the processes in the various systems of the state. These include the following:

1. System of Power (stable system of the governing);

2. Monetary System (distribution);

3. System of Gold (distribution);

4. Housing System (distribution);

5. System of Reproduction of the Generations (the birth and shaping of the people capable of generating and implementing ideas for the continuous development of the society).
